The 5th IFCR World Cricket Festival — Colombo 2007

In August 2007, Colombo hosted the wonderfully organised 5th IFCR World Cricket Festival, bringing together more than 250 Rotarians from across the Rotary world in a celebration of cricket, national pride and fellowship.

It was here — rubbing shoulders with Rotarians in their national jerseys and jackets — that Rtn. KRP Sarathy was inspired to launch a properly structured IFCR India country body, a milestone that shaped the fellowship's growth for years to come.
